1. Introduction
Welcome to the Indian Mahjong League (“IML”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The Indian Mahjong League is owned and operated by Lets Mahjong LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in Mumbai, India.
By accessing or using our website at indianmahjongleague.com and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Membership & Subscriptions
- IML membership is an annual subscription that grants access to tournaments, leaderboard rankings, and community features.
- The membership fee is ₹999 per year, payable via Razorpay at the time of registration.
- Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless cancelled. You will be notified before renewal via email.
- To cancel your membership, email us at [email protected] with your League ID and reason for cancellation.
3. Tournament Registration
- Tournament registration requires an active IML membership and payment of the tournament entry fee.
- Your spot is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed. Pending registrations may be released if payment is not completed.
- Tournament capacity is limited. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A confirmation email with receipt will be sent upon successful payment.
4. No Refund Policy
All payments made through the Indian Mahjong League platform are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Membership subscription fees — Annual membership fees are non-refundable, including for partial or unused periods.
- Tournament registration fees — Entry fees for tournaments are non-refundable, regardless of whether you attend the tournament or not.
By completing any payment on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. We encourage you to review all details carefully before making a purchase.
5. User Accounts & Conduct
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to engage in any behaviour that is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of applicable laws during tournaments or on our platform.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and materials on the IML platform are the property of Lets Mahjong LLP and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lets Mahjong LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in tournaments. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
